Roles & Responsibilities
· Answering calls, taking messages, and following through where required.
· Data entry and amendment into the business management system.
· Raising and tracking orders for standard and nonstandard stock items.
· Print Works Orders out and creating a works pack.
· Requesting fabrics from the warehouse.
· Liaise with internal teams, regarding deadlines providing high degree of accuracy
· Typing up notes from production meetings.
· Operating the business management system to ensure reports and information is accurate and on time.
· Scanning and filing post and documents using an internal management system.
· Typing up training documents, letters and order details as and when necessary.
Skills Required
· Punctual & reliable.
· A keen eye for detail
· Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
· Ability to work to deadlines and self-manage

Monday -Friday
Qualifications Required
Good standard of GCSEs
